The TL525 fixed-point dew point generator is a specialized instrument for calibrating water analyzers and dew point meters. It generates accurate and reproducible moisture content in the carrier gas, and the corresponding dew point stability can reach ± 1 ℃.
The generator is made based on the principle of humidity generation using the shunt method. When gas enters the system, it is divided into two flow paths. Add saturated water vapor at a known temperature along the way; Keep the other path dry. Two flow paths are mixed, and the saturated steam flow path is diluted with a large amount of dry gas to produce the required moisture content gas. By accurately and stably proportioning the dry and wet flow rates at each set dew point and precisely controlling the moisture content, accurate and long-term stable output of dew point can be achieved.

Gas source section:
Without drying device: High purity nitrogen gas cylinders can be used at -55 ℃ and above. When the dew point is below -55 ℃, a dedicated drying gas source needs to be configured. The output pressure of the gas supply source is designed to be 0.4MPa. When the gas supply source deviates from the design pressure, there will be a slight deviation in the dew point of the equipment. The maximum pressure of the gas supply source shall not exceed 0.8 MPa.
Self equipped drying device: oil-free compressed air provided by a randomly matched micro oil-free compressor, with a pressure of 0.6MPa.
Air input port: 1/4 inch Swagelok interface
Sample gas output port: Three parallel 1/4 inch Swagelok interfaces,
One line is connected to the standard dew point meter, and the other two lines are connected to the dew point meter/moisture meter being tested
